Q: What is Pulczer Mobile Veterinary Services? A: Pulczer Mobile Veterinary Services (PMVS) is an independently owned and operated Companion Animal Mobile Veterinary Practice that provides veterinary house call products and services in Ontario. The certificate of accreditation was granted on March 30, 2004 to March 30, 2009 by the College of veterinarians of Ontario. Q: Where does PMVS operate? A: PMVS operates throughout a wide geographic area encompassing Toronto, York Region, and Peel/Halton Region. Q: What are the hours of operation? A: PMVS regular hours are from 8AM-6PM Monday-Friday. PMVS emergency hours are 6PM Friday - 8AM Monday, and 6PM - 8AM Monday - Friday, and holidays. Q: What house call services are available? A: PMVS house call veterinary services include consultations, examinations, vaccinations, microchipping, tissue and fluid sample collection, laboratory testing, minor surgical and non-surgical procedures using restraint and/or sedation and/or local anesthesia, fluids administration, oxygen administration, emergency transport of animals to and from accredited veterinary facilities, injections, medication administration, bandage and splint application, and any procedure not requiring general anesthetic, diagnostic imaging, and/or hospitalization. Q: What veterinary products are available? A: PMVS has access to over 10,000 veterinary products through the Veterinary purchasing company, delivered to your door. You can order by phone or online via e-mail. Q: Are Hospital services available? A: Diagnostic imaging (x-rays, ultrasound, MRI, CT scan), surgery and/or procedures requiring general anesthesia, and hospitalization services are available through affiliated accredited veterinary facilities and/or accredited emergency veterinary facilities that cover a wide geographic area.
